Organizational Identification and Organizational Cynicism Relationship: A Research on Administrative Personnel in Pamukkale University

Örgütsel özde?le?me ve örgütsel sinizm, kurumlar aç?s?ndan önemli ara?t?rma konular? olmaya ba?lam??t?r. özde?le?menin için verim artt?r?c? faydalar? oldu?u kabul edilirken, sinizmin dü?ürücü de?erlendirilmektedir. Bu çal??man?n temel amac?, ile sinizm aras?ndaki ili?kiyi belirlemektir. Di?er bir amaç ise, Pamukkale Üniversitesinin K?n?kl? Yerle?kesindeki Fakültelerde görev yapan idari personelin örgüt düzeylerini incelemektir. Çal??man?n di?er amac? da demografik özellikleri gruplar aras?nda farkl?l?klar?n olup olmad???n? tespit etmektir. amaca ula?mak personele anket yöntemi uygulanm??t?r. Ara?t?rman?n örneklemi, 174 veri setinden olu?maktad?r. Ara?t?rma sonuçlar?na göre, negatif anlaml? ili?ki edilmi?tir. cevaplay?c?lar?n özelliklerine göre farkl?l?klar edilememi?tir. Ancak ya?, e?itim maa? dü?üncelerine baz? bulunmu?tur.
